SHIPPING

All orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail within 5-7 business days of receiving a cleared payment. If you prefer a different method of shipping, you can make a selection in the shipping section. An email will be sent when your items have been shipped.

All items will be carefully gift boxed. Please let me know in advance if have other special shipping requests.

Shipping Upgrade Policies:

Upgrade to USPS Priority Mail (2-3 day delivery to anywhere in the U.S.)
- Add $6.90

Upgrade to USPS Express Mail (Overnight delivery to anywhere in the U.S.)
- Add $25.00

Due to our FREE SHIPPING PROMOTION all orders are not insured. Please contact me if you'd like your package insured for shipping.

I am not responsible for a lost package once tracking information is sent.

RETURN POLICY

Refunds and exchanges are available if you are not satisfied with your purchase, minus the shipping cost and as long as the items arrive in the condition it was sent. Please contact me within 7 days of receiving the item if you are not satisfied.

All of my creations are handcrafted so slight variations should be appreciated as one of the many special characteristics of an Oceanbabe Creations piece. All pearls and shells are natural so there may be slight color and shape differences, as well as slight inclusions. These “imperfections” are what give each pearl or shell its authenticity and charm.
